A live online weekly restorative, relaxing and rebalancing yoga class.
The perfect way to end the week in a positive way, with movement, stillness and steadiness. A combined practice of flowing, gentle vinyasa flow followed by the stillness and surrender of yin yoga involving a surrender to the mat, and creating a space where we get the chance to meet ourselves in slow, deliberate movements matched to breath, and time spent in each pose.
This live class is practised in the comfort of your own home whilst being observed through a Laptop or Tablet to ensure pose alignment, safe practising and to allow the session to be tailored to your needs.
Everyone is welcome from beginners to improvers.
NB - In the interests of consistency and for insurance purposes, if more than one person is practicing through one laptop, both parties should book, pay and register for the class
