This LIVE Online Mindful Flow Yoga Class is suitable for all and a perfect way to relax if your mind is FULL! This deliberate, slow flow class weaves yoga, mindfulness, mantra and breath. It is suitable for improvers but also for beginners, pre and post natal yogis as we explore the connection of breath, move the body, focus on pose alignment - expect to be energised, stretched, toned and relaxed.
This live class is practised in the comfort of your own home whilst being observed through a Laptop or Tablet to ensure pose alignment, safe practising and to allow the session to be tailored to your needs.
Everyone is welcome from beginners to improvers.
