This LIVE online gentle "Vin To Yin" class builds strength, suppleness and flexibility whilst encouraging relaxation using the delicious practise of Yoga Nidra ("Yogic Sleep"). We blend gentle flowing vinyasa movements and work towards the stillness of yin yoga, where poses are held for a while to release tension. This live class is practised in the comfort of your own home whilst being observed through a Laptop or Tablet to ensure pose alignment, safe practising and to allow the session to be tailored to your needs. Suitable for those who seek a more gentle flow to nourish and restore, are new to yoga or for those healing or recovering from injury, as well as Pre & Post Natal Clients.
NB - In the interests of consistency and for insurance purposes, if more than one person is practicing through one laptop, both parties should book, pay and register for the class
